This is the programme for you for when you have no other health issues other than these new, annoying symptoms associated with your changing hormones. You just want to get back to feeling like YOU again; have enough energy to do all the things you need and want to do and to be able to sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to cope with whatever the day brings without feeling tearful, anxious, middle-aged, sweaty or achy.
You’re already confident cooking tasty meals from scratch when you have the time and energy; and if someone guides you to what and when to eat, you’ll be happy to get on with it.
We will meet monthly following a comprehensive review of your current symptoms and whole medical history; and work together to create a personalised plan of action that will fit in with your life and commitments..
