These are a fantastic way to get started with improving your health. You can do them with friends and family or working independently so you can surprise your “Nearest & Dearest” with the fantastic New You!
Throughout the year I do a series of Seasonal Challenges which usually run for 7 days and being part of a group can help you keep the momentum up.
